Entering a reference number on the wrong company’s page returns nothing, which looks like a broken tool but is usually just a mismatch. Your distribution company is fixed by where the meter is, and the name is printed at the top of the bill. If you are in Multan or nearby you are almost certainly on the right page; otherwise pick from the full list of companies — and note that Karachi is served by K-Electric, which runs a separate billing system that no PITC-based lookup can reach.
